Frank Miller

Frank Miller (born January 27, 1957) is an American writer, artist and film director best known for his dark, film noir-style comic book stories and graphic novels for Dark Horse Comics, DC Comics, and Marvel Comics.

Frank Miller is very well known, more so now because of the popularity of the movie adaptation of Sin City. I like his ability to only use one colour to express the emotion and feeling in the image.

I used to love this guy’s stuff. However, I’d argue he’s been coasting the past fifteen years or so. Oh well.
